Processing relies, as applicable, on steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to a possible engagement, legitimate interests connected with the institutional management of the website and compliance with legal or professional obligations applicable to the practice of law.

Identification and contact data may be processed, including name, company, email address, telephone number and the content of the message sent. Sensitive personal data, confidential documents or information exceeding what is necessary for an initial institutional contact should not be submitted.

Data is retained only for the period necessary to manage the contact received, evaluate any appropriate follow-up and comply with applicable legal, tax, professional or rights-protection obligations. Where there is no legitimate reason to retain the data, it will be securely deleted.
